Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA or 2-Step Verification) is a technology that provides identification of users through the combination of two different components. We are using 2FA for all login and withdrawal requests.
Step 1. After you are successfully logged in to the portal, Click on the Red Enable Button to Enable 2FA
Step 2. You will get a prompt on your screen i.e. Two Factor Authentication pop-up. Again click on the Enable button and Logout from your account.
Step 3. After that, when you are successfully logged in, there will be a QR code displaying on the screen.
Step 4. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator App and enter the provided code in the field and click on the "Sign in Securely" button below it.
NOTE: On Uninstalling the Google Authenticator, you will lose your code. So, Please disable 2FA before doing that.
Step 5. To Disable 2FA, you just have to click on the Green Disable Button and then Logout.
